KRISTEN BELL is to marry her long term boyfriend DAX SHEPARD - after the actor proposed in December (09).
The Heroes actress, 29, has been dating Shepard since 2007 and debuted her diamond engagement ring on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night (31Jan10).
A spokesperson for the actress confirms Shepard, 35, proposed over the festive period (09) and the pair is now making wedding plans.
The rep tells E! Online, "They got engaged over the holidays." (LR/WNWE/MJ)
