<div id="subtitle">Summary Box: Justice Department imposes conditions on Live Nation-Ticketmaster merger</div><div><p>TICKETING DEAL: Concert promoter Live Nation and ticket-seller Ticketmaster got clearance from the Justice Department to merge. The government imposed certain conditions.</p><p>THE TERMS: Ticketmaster has to license its ticketing software to a competitor, Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc., and sell a ticket-selling subsidiary, Paciolan. It is expected to be bought by Comcast-Spectacor, a subsidiary of Comcast Corp. This would help AEG and Comcast-Spectacor vie for ticketing contracts with the combined Live Nation-Ticketmaster.</p><p>WHAT'S NEXT: Now the companies are on the verge of forming their new company, to be called Live Nation Entertainment.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=67769834&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
