American Greetings declares 12 cent dividend

<div id="subtitle">American Greetings board declares quarterly dividend of 12 cent per share to be paid Jan. 4</div><div><p>American Greetings Corp. said Friday its board declared a regular dividend of 12 cents per share.</p><p>The Cleveland-based company said it will be paid Jan. 4 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 23.</p><p>Its shares rose 41 cents, or 2 percent, to $21.03 Friday.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=64785775&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
